The European Commission has set up a European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://www.judiciary.uk/reviews/online-dispute-resolution/. Consumers can use the ODR platform for the out-of-court settlement of a dispute arising from online contracts for services with a company established in the EU.

Nexus Lean does not participate in the online dispute resolution.

The terms “Nexus Lean”, “we” or “us” refer to the service provider of this website and the other online offerings (collectively, the “Digital Offering”), Nexus Lean Ltd, with its registered office at 55 Princes Gate, Exhibition Road, London.
