Personal Data
Data protection is very important to us. We use state of the art IT infrastructure and full encryption to ensure the security of your data. Your personal data (e.g. address, account data, payment methods, invoices) is transmitted during contract enrollment as well as contract conclusion, and your data is always encrypted and stored in a data centre in London.

Nexus Lean do not have any account systems or log in systems embedded on our website.
Should you be enrolled in any of our Email or Hosting packages then you will be able to change your password via your online portal with our hosting provider.
Simply send an email with the subject as “Personal Data Deletion” with your full name and any relevant invoice numbers associated with transactions you have had with us.
In accordance with the UK 2021 GDPR Laws, you can request a copy of the personal data processed about you. To do so, please email info@nexuslean.com with your full name and any relevant details in regards to invoices or transactions with us.
The scope as well as the manner of processing your personal data depends on your interactions with Nexus Lean. For example, if you have only subscribed to a newsletter from us, the processing of your personal data is different than if you have purchased one of our packages or services. Referrals
Nexus Lean do run a referral system for new clients.
To encourage positive word of mouth and trade, we offer a percentage of the first invoice we send any referred clients.
We are also happy to engage in a referral contract between any individuals or companies that want to white label or pass clients on to us.

Please CC yourself into an introductory email with your referral.
Once the client confirms with us that you referred them we will include the referral in our initial invoice.
If you follow these steps you will be paid in full for the first invoice that is issued to the client or as otherwise stated in your referral contract.
Following your referral’s first full invoice payment (deposit and final payment). Your referral payment will be issued within 14 days.
Payment will be made via direct bank transfer. (Please allow 7 business days for international transfers).
Your payment will be void should the client void or violate their contract with Nexus Lean, or not complete on an order. Should this happen after the referral payment has been made, Nexus Lean reserve the rights to reclaim the referral payment.
You are able to claim and are eligible to claim as many separate referral payments but this payment is only applied to the first full invoice of each client (including company clients, parent companies and groups).
The amount of separate clients is not capped and neither is the amount you can earn through this program.
Service Specific Questions
Web Design & Hosting
Simply put, no.
We do provide hosting as a service along with our web design or as a standalone product. But if you have an existing webhost that you would like to stay with, we can simply import our work onto your existing host.
However, we do recommend for ease of use and faster turn around on changes, updates and to have your businesses services centralized that you do use our hosting.
No, Nexus Lean actually do not provide domain name sales, we can handle your DNS and back end admin for domain routing, such as email servers and Nameservers if you’re not knowledgeable. But we cannot and do not sell Domain names.
We provide full email services if you have purchased your hosting with us. You will be able to access company emails via any major email client such as Outlook, GMail, Microsoft Webmail and IOS Mail on all devices.
All hosting comes with a standard of 2 company email addresses with up to 10 GB storage and this can be increased upon request.
Your revisions are stipulated in your contract with Nexus Lean, depending on project size and scope we may change revisions to suit your needs and time frame.
This will be discussed in the consultation phase.
Branding & Graphics
Technically no, but we do have affiliates and partnerships with Printing Services, or if you have a desired printing service we can communicate with them directly, send them the final design files and they can invoice you through us.
This again depends on the scope and size of the project. We try our best to be extremely vigorous in our pre-design questioning to make sure we provide accurate work in line with your visions and ideas.
But we understand ideas change over time so we tend to offer revisions as a baseline and can increase the amounts dependant on the size of the job at hand.
Payments and Invoices
For our service based products (not including hosting) you will be expected to pay a certain amount of the invoice upfront dependant on costs on our end and work to be done.
Then you will be issued a final invoice when concept and presentation work is delivered.
These invoices can be sent by electronic or physical copy.
Invoices are payable by;
Bank Transfer or Stripe.
Bank Transfer is preferable when dealing inside of the United Kingdom, but we understand International Transfers can be troublesome at times and for tax purposes we find Stripe to be the best provider.
You will receive your invoice via Email in this case.
We will break down rebate and refund terms into three categories.
1) We have not yet begun work.
If for whatever reason you wish to terminate your contractual agreements with Nexus Lean prior to us beginning work and pre-deposit, simply email your account manager or info@nexuslean.com with written consent to terminate the contract, we will cancel the invoice and not begin works.
2) We have taken the initial payment as a deposit and begun work.
In this case we have had our team begin work and possibly laid out expenses for your project and work. We will terminate the contract but you will not be entitled to a refund of the initial deposit payment, however we will cancel the final invoice. Simply email info@nexuslean.com with your invoice number and an explanation of the cancelation you want and we will process the request.
3) We have completed our concept designs and given you our first drafts or final work.
In this instance we are able to offer a refund on a case by case basis. It depends on the amount of work that has been sent to you unwatermarked and the scope of the project. If we haven’t released any of the finished work to you we will endeavour to provide a refund of the final invoice and/or cancel the final invoice if not yet sent.

If you are a hosting and or email client of ours you will be billed monthly via direct debit or standing order.
If you for any reason cancel this direct debit or standing order you will be given a 7 day grace period to amend the issue and then you will incur a 5% fee per 7 days it is unpaid or left unresolved.
After 30 days of non payment your services will be taken offline and your data quarantined until payment is made in full.
